There's a lot of internal politics played by owners themselves and a way terrible unprofessional behaviour they hold. The working culture is casual but every person is bounded to an extent. A person can't play leadership.

Company Culture is very good, there is flat structure and you can reach management and owners anytime, Company is very flexible in terms in working hours.

Dislikes

Team mates were very cooperative, salary and appraisals are always on time, If a person is learning oriented and focused, then there is no limit for opportunities.
