Good office environment for work. Good documentation process

Dislikes

Top management does not give the required support when needed. Process compliance though a must for audit observation, it is not fully followed from beginning if a project. Much regularisation needs to be done for Audit purposes. Only Procurement will be pressured to meet hastily finalised deliverables by top management. There is lot of blame game politics in the office and is not professional as expected. Requested manpower was not provided when had asked for, but today same work is managed by a 3 member team for pan India procurement. So ensure to stick to rule book and code of business conduct in such dicy situation as a professional should do and avoid shortcuts....Read More

I like the work-life balance. Salary is during negitiation while interviewing. I appreciate a healthy work-life balance. Salary discussions occur during the interview process.

Dislikes

Not much improvement regarding the working style. No training on specific work to update. Not much interaction with the supervisorsI have observed that there hasn't been significant improvement in the working style. Additionally, there has been no training on specific tasks for updates, and interaction with supervisors has been quite limited.

Does not have professionals, working culture is not good, every time senior officials and Hr harassed . They say by words that they are good , by nothing in practical.
