I am join as a trainee and later give me a probation period but not for quality inprocess, they give a job for final inspection to the engineer.

Talking about liking was only new things u see and learn like various machines,their workings etc..new position are given to work and learn..timings were regular 8-5..canteen facility provided

Dislikes

No job security at all for new comers..they don't teach at all only the guys who are on machines teach u..they don't care of anything about life or health..no proper safety or security..there is no benefits working here nor opportunities

My work is difficult need to work in time if any material not received in time it cause to dolirect iffect to line if raw material planning not done on required machine spare not available in time. so need to follow up and tracking material.
