The work culture is really good. Flexible WFH. I liked the employee re-hire policy here.

The career growth seems to be a little slower and the Indian management seems to be micro managing the employees. On-site opportunities are not for everybody. Only the senior guys like the managers get the opportunity. It again depends on the dept. you work for.

The work is monotonous and challenging and tiring but I make sure the results are perfect. You get appreciated for the good work but not seen on the monetary basis.

Your experience would differ based on your team. Overall there would be flexibility in your work life. Growth opportunities are good specially if you’re part of yodlee engineering or analytics.

I worked here for just more than a year. It’s hard to judge a company based on such a short tenure. Plus i was working in SRE operations. So from perspective i would say they don’t recognise technical skills as much. They have a just get it done attitude and are rarely concerned with the way you implement it. So if you’re somebody who are interested in real software engineering skillsets like ds & algo and are concerned about scalability then this might not be your place....Read More

I was part of SRE Operations. We are the engineering division of Operations. So work would mostly be to build tools and webapps to help make their jobs easy. The customer base of our tools are small.

Apart from engineering team nothing good about the firm

IAE team handles java agent which do not even use any framework and only uses java. Whether to join or not it clearly indicates you would learn nothing

Part of IAE team. No learnings in the past 1 year. Degraded my skills and the colleagues you work with are also with outdated skill sets and no positive attitude. Will try to stop you time to time
