1. Job satisfaction is Zero , Here even PM role given you are involved in Testing, writing test scripts. 2. There is a Hike but they give that in Installments, you will find Installment process more in this company. 3.Lot of travel is there , u will not get job location Bangalore even though the offer letter says Base location as Bangalore.When they do not want any employee they will send him/her to Mumbai,Jaipur etc., 4.HR takes lot of time in resolving your queries , there are no proper SOPS for the designations in this company. 5. Only Tamil speaking or from the Origin are entertained and given preference, and you will find top management position people only from this community. 6. There is no proper date in Salary release you may get in any of the dates from 1st to 10th of the month....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
