Work environment was good initially , employees had promising opportunities , Management were transparent HR were sensitive to employee welfare. But it has changed post moratorium. Now everything can be compromised for the sake of business growth.

Dislikes

The work culture is becoming very toxic , there are very little number of true leaders left with the organisation, the organisation is now a days hiring incompetent leaders who are only keen to use their team members badly only for the sake of their own good, old employees are treated as burdens, and is compromising with their digni ty and self respect .Senior leadership is having zero contact with grassroot level specialy in operations segment. HR are only for joining and reliving formalities. HR are bypassing employees concerns for the sake off business and profitability of the BU .Appraisals are not fare , hardworking , dedication, is not considered ones appraisal . Local leaders even does not having respect, sensibility towards team members. Employees have to compromise with their self respect and dignity.
