1. Unprofessionalism is at peak 2. Low level work politics 3. Gender bias. 4.hard work is not recognised 5. No learning. 6. Work system is chaotic,no proper documentation. 7. Zero career growth for the role of Software engineer and senior software Engineer. The role is only drag and drop, their job description is misleading candidates. HR never helps you, they always keep you on hold or ignore you. HR gives you greed of writing positive reviews online for Amazon cash. Nothing I can't imagine a single good thing about this company. CEO is a very humble person in my opinion.

As a software developer its a waste of talent. You will learn nothing there won't be any proper KT, and they follow "No Code" as a developer no one would like to attach conditional boxes like those in code.org I am ashamed that I worked here as a software engineer. There is bias as well if you are not from a TIRE 1 colleges like NIT IIT. they have two groups as well 1. platform team 2. bot team if you get into bot team then forget coding env. they have a browser based coding enviroment (not sure if that exists anymore because of no code stuff as I mentioned above). Also, they used to force employees to tell good things in best place to work survey. TOO much internal politics and discriminations among platform team and bot team....Read More
