1. Managers are insensitive and do not care about your workload. 2. Especially if you're reporting to Manish Upadhyay then you can say good bye to your peace. 3. No specifically defined working hours. Working hours can range anywhere between 10-15 hours daily. 4. You will be working on 10-12 projects simultaneously. 5. While workingon 10-12 projects at a time mistakes are bound to happen, but there is no room for error and you will be reprimanded for smallest of mistakes. 6. Managers like Manish Upadhyay are insensitive to the level that they don't even care for any emergencies or a demise in your family. 7. There is absolutely no job security. They fire people and overload existing employees. 8. There is no question of hike or appraisals either. And if at all there is any appraisal it is as shameful as 2% - 8% 9.
