Poor management, too much political environment, No standard ,no respect for new managers, all old staffs are very stubborn and full of attitude and old sr. managers encourage their bad behaviours and disrespectful attitude. Too much of hierarchys.Very cheap and unethical place for literate people coz this entire company is full of illiterate and uneducated people villagers
