Some of the good rules for females.

Dislikes

Poor management, too much political environment, No standard ,no respect for new managers, all old staffs are very stubborn and full of attitude and old sr. managers encourage their bad behaviours and disrespectful attitude. Too much of hierarchys.Very cheap and unethical place for literate people coz this entire company is full of illiterate and uneducated people villagers.

During the period of covid-19 the company made me sit at home unpaid leave without l salary even they asked me to find other job & if they need me then only they will call me again.but they r still paying some of the staff mostly they all r for kitchen .the life of am manager is not more the an housekeeping person when I said them to I don't wish to be on unpaid leave but it has been 3 months now they did not do anything yet...Read More
