Pros. 1. You get to learn a lot. 2. Office is located in a good location 3. Flexible Work Hours

Cons. 1. Management is Poor. Does not care about employees 2. Work Load is very extreme 3. There is no support from Management whatsoever with increasing workforce 4. Travel allowances are basically Nil, where the company also expects you to travel with a bike for over 70-80 kms without providing any proper means of travel. 5. Increment is totally based on HOD's likeness. Any personal vendetta is used against the employee. 6. Payment releases for supplier is Nil because of hundreds of miscommunication. 7. Your points are heard on the basis from where you are from and not on how valid they are. 8. Company is not ready to understand the issues the employees are facing in many of the situations. 9. People of power in the company rule the company as if it's a Jail- with blackmails of letting the employee go if he/she does not stay back after working hours 10. There are lots of Earned Leave given to the employee , but availing them is shunned and approvals are not given. 11. Even during emergency leaves the employee is expected to work. Any employee not working is ridiculed and harrassed. 12. Weekly Offs is only shown on paper - There are employees who have worked for over 5 weeks without any kind of Weekly Offs and yet discouraged for not working enough as per company norms. 13. Racism - A very big deal where the Japanese division of the company sees Indian employees as third world people. Example - No data sharing from Japan regarding companies internal technologies to India ln division 8n the name of copying or spreading information.
