Yatra.com company atmosphere is good for every one's learners and mangement as like a everywhere private company. job security is not permanent in private sector company and it was gave to last company appraisal in 2018. I have lost a last company job i.e Yatra.com due to covid-19 pandemic crisis in July 03rd, 2020

High Level politics. HR Policies Worst, if you have any concern to them they just say your manager is your God. He/her can do anything whatever he wants.

No appraisal firing each and every day culture is shit and nobody cares about you. Company wants you to work even on sundays and when you don't pick up the call head hr will call you next day.
