There is no set training module, from day 1 you will be assigned task to do which causes lack of perfection and professionalism. Career growth is equal to zero because of internal politics. People there working on same position from last 7-8 years, despite developing your skills career growth in Yatra is like water in the desert. Major thing is Job Security. I believe this term isn't exist there. Out of the blue you will see HR team at workplace calling your name, thrashing you inside the cabin and that is it ..
