No Appraisal or Effective from Oct No Job Security if you are not boot leaking Employee You never grow if you have no references or If you have, you can easily get Sr. Manager post without interview or even you are not from same background. High Level politics. HR Policies Worst, if you have any concern to them they just say your manager is your God. He/her can do anything whatever he wants.

This is my honor that I am working in Yatra. My Boss Mr. Jsajit sir, my Senior and my colleagues are really supportive and helpful. Also, I am really thankful to Yatra Management that they cooperate with me in Vovid -19 lockdown situation.

We have work pressure and in the last 2 years we don't get any appraisal due to GST and Covid-19 situation but hope we will get benefit after the company's financial situation will be normal.

I am working as a Credit Controller to submit the bills, payment follow up, knocking off, resolve the client queries etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
