The only thing that i liked about this company is its HRs. They understand, promote growth and act in a correct way.

The count here stands uncountable. There are no policies for travel, you need to spend 8 hrs in the office whether or not you got some work. For me, the lead was very biased didn't promote my work, my growth just because i did not belong to the category of the rest of the team mates. The work here has no market value and therefore if you got stuck, you got stuck so its better to get out of it if you have your self goals to be achieved. The company has no WFH option(they SAY THEY DONT BELIEVE IN WFH) even in cases of extreme urgency and if you take leaves you will be asked to serve on the weekends and moreover they have a sandwich policy of leaves fri-sat-sun-mon which adds on an extra burden of leaves being exhausted even if you have and emergency at home. You can stay anywhere in the world but the company wont matter how and when you come and commute you have to serve 8 hrs in the office like at your desk, the lunch hours are deducted you cant go downstairs and have a cup of tea if you are running short on time. And the most amazing thing is that they dont have any VENDORS, NO Cafeterias, no vending machines, no break out areas, ,,,, like where In the world will the employee take a break,, so indirectly you are bound to be at your desk for the entire 8 Hours of the day.
