Regarding the concern raised about being compelled to work from the office despite being hired under a permanent work-from-home arrangement, we have thoroughly reviewed the matter. No such directive has been issued. If transitioning to office-based work had been intended, the hiring would not have been finalized as a permanent work-from-home role. We encourage employees to report concerns directly through the appropriate HR communication channels so that timely and fair action can be taken. To ensure transparency and timeliness, performance-based incentives and bonuses are paid alongside monthly salaries when targets are achieved and are clearly reflected in payslips. Additionally, weekly incentive payouts and monthly bonuses enable immediate recognition, eliminating the need for employees to wait an entire year for rewards. We are committed to the accurate and on-time processing of all compensation. Our meritocratic culture ensures that employees are rewarded based on measurable results, abilities and contribution rather than on seniority, favouritism, or other non-merit-based reasons. While punctuality and leave management are important, this flexibility ensures a balance between professional and personal commitments. Employees who diligently perform their tasks and achieve their assigned targets are not required to work on Sunday. Our IT and data privacy policies, including mobile submission protocols, are clearly communicated during the hiring process. Adhering to these policies is essential to maintaining client confidentiality, secure and compliant workplace, and team members agree to these guidelines upon joining. Non-compliance with established policies—such as irregular work schedules, tardiness, or excessive breaks—necessitates corrective actions to uphold our standards. Dear Ex-Colleague, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret any distress this situation may have caused. We want to clarify that we have always been mindful of each individual's circumstances and have never pressured anyone to work against their will. Most definitely not during times of personal or family health challenges and certainly not during the pandemic. If a colleague or their family was affected by COVID-19 or other health issues, we provided time off and even set up a task force to help with needed hospitalization, organizing needed medications, vaccines and overall support. The pandemic brought unprecedented challenges, including for our business. We were committed to minimizing layoffs and ensured that the majority of our staff were retained. We provided training across departments to help colleagues adapt to new roles, ensuring they could remain employed and continue earning a stable income. The well-being of our colleagues was a top priority, as was keeping the company operational. It required all of us to adapt to new ways of working and take responsibility. Our expectation was straightforward: that everyone would be punctual, give their best effort, work diligently to complete their tasks and targets, and do so with integrity. We have had to address instances of indiscipline, neglected tasks & clients, and unmet targets by reinforcing the importance of discipline and diligence and taking appropriate actions when necessary. We understand that your dissatisfaction may have stemmed from our continuous emphasis on these essential standards of conduct and behaviour, which are aligned with our company values and work deliverables.
