We are glad to hear that you are satisfied with your current role.
Regarding the concerns you’ve raised, please note that every employee is onboarded with clear expectations for their role. To ensure success, we provide comprehensive training, on-the-job guidance, and ongoing support from mentors and leaders, including refresher sessions when needed.
If, despite this support, basic performance expectations are not met, we follow a structured approach, starting with a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). This plan outlines specific areas of improvement, achievable goals, support that you will continue to receive from your leader and sufficient time for improvement. We hope that the constructive feedback from mentors and leaders is embraced and applied in the role to achieve the necessary progress.
Also, there are no sales targets assigned to Lead Analysts in their role with us. The targets then are only with regard to responding to clients who have enquired with us, calling, qualifying and assigning the client to the right consultant and team.
If, however, there is no improvement, we may need to consider further steps regarding the individual's position within the organization.

With regard to the concern raised, we regret any distress this situation may have caused. We want to clarify that we have always been mindful of each individual's circumstances and have never pressured anyone to work against their will. Most definitely not during times of personal or family health challenges. The well-being of our colleagues is a top priority. We are very certain that they would not have pressurized you to work.
Our expectation is that everyone would be punctual, give their best effort, work diligently to complete their tasks and targets, and do so with integrity. We have to address instances of indiscipline, neglected tasks & clients, and unmet targets by reinforcing the importance of discipline and diligence and taking appropriate actions when necessary.
Having said that, if you still had this concern, you could have approached us, and we could have addressed it appropriately.
