Company management is 3rd class for off-roll and third party employees. And also who working with xpressbees for last 3-4 years but company doesn't promote for on-roll or as a company payroll.

By the way, there is a lot to learn in the company. Like how to interact with the client. How to Convince the Customer, Handling Manpower also as per job profile company giving a Major to authority to his supervisor and executive. Working culture is good also management services is poor cause these are isn't help there of-role staffto growth those carriear, mostly Xpressbees of role person doing a on-role staff work but these management system isn't giving there of role staff any chase to groth there carrier....Read More

About working in Xpressbees dislike thing is there management cause those are people taking a 3 to 4 years waiting time to giving a growth there staff.

Isn't giving any facilities and benefit here, 3 years ago overtime was available by the hour. But now they too have stopped the benefits.

Job was very good & team with I worked with the team was gr8. There was so much we were getting & used to share knowledge in company.

Some of the new employees easy hikes in salary & older suffer.
