Salaries are on time

Dislikes

Culture of the company is not so good. Employees are always under pressure to complete the work, No work life balance. Increments are delayed by 6 months without any written notice. More than 30% staff laid off in January and now in April end requesting those employees to rejoin the organisation. Having no vision and planning, worst place to work with.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
