I like Nothing in this organisation except my reporting manager is only very supporting . Company give me work for 1.7 years.

Worst condition of IT S/W , no response from CLT /CS team on time ,Basic facility is not available in office, 1-2 % increment in a year , expense claim process is very lengthy and old .

Working here from 2018 & continuing, It's good to stay there as jobs are not easy task now a days, Else brands are good but peoples are not getting satisfaction on their job, Everyone have different mindset on it.

If you are working there, don't expect to get promotion on consistent performance. Management are not checking that people they are promoting are eligible or not on overall requirements of that position.

There will 360 man power in the warehouse on contract basis. you need manage them . Until now no Management Trainee has stayed there for more than 30 days.
