Only the salary use to come on time.

Dislikes

1.No appreciation for the employees ever apart from some favorite people.. 2.Toxic work culture. No growth opportunities. 3.The management encourages employees to resign rather than understanding their problems. 4.Always looking for an escape goat.. 5.The management wants you to Work beyond the working hours with minimum pay and negligible increment for your hard work.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
