Nothing to say, because Officially can't write against anyone, but In my opinion, this company should have an option to give at least 1 to 2 weeks training, this action will lead a good confidence for any employee to grab his responsibilities. Or maybe I had my bad luck to get this training during my starting journey.

When you work continuously 72 hours in office as branch incharge with 1-2 hours rest at every 12 to 15 hours, then you realised as per your senior you didn't do much better. No appreciation and lots of politics,
