Salary benefit will be good. The company's hr policy about employees are very good.

The guragon managers, if they Target you that's all, they will screw your life. How much you work, they will find faults and will shout at you. Will try to document your mistakes by sending mails with senior managers on cc. If you did 1 small mistakes they will keep 5 one on one meetings with you and again again ask, why you did that mistakes. They will make sure that you yourself put paper and leave the company. Like that they will torture....Read More

I did many automation to my team and also several other teams but none was recognized. My manager and his manager are most Injustice people. After working so hard for 1 year with out any Mercy they have given me 2 rating. It is one of the big Injustice
