If there is something called HIRE and FIRE, it is here. You can never imagine despite all the great work, they'll call you and say, please go your services are not required and immediately disable your accesses while you're on the call. Not only that, 30% of your salary is your variable, they deduct it to 100% for as good as 1 mistake. So if your salary is 50K and you have 15K as incentives, just one mistake and your in hand comes to 35K. HR's don't listen to the employees. Employees' wellbeing is a taboo....Read More

All of sudden without any prior notice they will just fire you. No humanity left. Zero job security. Even though you are giving your best in a most unexpected way they will remove you. Due to inflation in US they started laying off the employees. To avoid the actual scenario they just gave a reason that your service is no longer required. Very very disappointed. Pathetic work culture.. only sticking to following a checklist.. human errors are documented on a platform for no reason. The most dum thing they hire people on the floor to check if ur talking to each other. Expectation was to work in silence like a school. How dumb can people be.. interaction is the core value of any good team.. even if it's off work.

Work culture, behavior of top management, no fun activity, poor leadership, short of resources in team despite knowing work load is high. Worst appraisals (used to be good earlier, now it's worst) , extended shifts, no employee satisfaction at all.
