There is person who walks on floor during the working time, he keeps watching weather any employee talking with other employee or not. Freedom to speak with our collogues is not allowed. It seems like we are in school. Firing of the employee is also very common in this company although they actually don't fire the employee instead th ey ask to put resignation and leave it, with this they at least get there experience letter....Read More

Very uncertain working environment, you can be fired at anytime without any reason. The behaviour of management towards employees is very bad. Salary will be deducted for different reasons. Hostel like rules in the office, 2 employees cannot talk with each other.

Poor compensation dont offer what they commit. Terrible salary structure they keep certain part of salary as MPI components and its paid only if u perform..if in any month if there is no work then u dont get mpi which is worst.. truly worst policies not employee friendly at all.

No job security at all. They can remove as and when they want. Work balance is pathetic. Ideally they say your working hours as 9 hours. But by the time you leave office its almost 7.30-8.00pm. No travelling services provided. Only provided for ladies after 8pm that also if you are staying back at office as per the management requirement. No cellphones allowed inside the office. Management is worst. They don't care about their employees. No job security, you can be fired on the next day after joining. They promised a different salary structure but after joining it changed. Co- workers are very non cooperative. They recruit you as financial analyst but they for ce you to do customer care job and copy paste jobs .They do not allow cell phones inside the office.
