No Growth, people create groups in Team chat app and start blaming each other.. Poor poor very poor management. People are scared to open up to HR during exit meeting, as they are worried if their reliving will be affected. Managers and above behave rudely when you approach them with any concerns and issues. Politics are very common, but XL has the extreme version of it. No work life balance, we have even stretched till 1am IST on SUNDAYS and logged in back on Monday at usual time 9am IST.
