nothing still wasted so many years thinking some or the other day company will think about individual but as usual its an organisation and not at all employee centrist. They only think about the revenue which is not bad but for that they need to think about their employee as well. Daily they change their policy as per their convenience, deduct money without any reason and when asked the lame response which employee get is it's a mistake which will be covered in next month salary and again same thing happens next month also. not with the same employee but it keep on rotating like a cycle. No skill development activities are done, no work like balance is there as force full overtime is asked to be done and only paid if you generate revenue for the company else your effort is waste.
