nothing still wasted so many years thinking some or the other day company will think about individual but as usual its an organisation and not at all employee centrist. They only think about the revenue which is not bad but for that they need to think about their employee as well. Daily they change their policy as per their convenience, deduct money without any reason and when asked the lame response which employee get is it's a mistake which will be covered in next month salary and again same thing happens next month also. not with the same employee but it keep on rotating like a cycle. No skill development activities are done, no work like balance is there as force full overtime is asked to be done and only paid if you generate revenue for the company else your effort is waste. One of the worst organisation I had ever worked with.. they don't respect their employees. they only use hire and fire policy. instead of giving proper training they fire the people on name of not completing the targets, they should invest in employees.

Worst company ever, strict rules are for the sake of themselves. They decide whatever and anything comes in their mind with concerning any employees. They change shift as they want. No salary breakup provided, no extra holidays, except sat & sun and in that also they asked to work for overtime.
