Salary is very low, no promotion, very poor appraisal, nobody is ready to listen to your problem they will blame you for everything. Nobody will take stand for you, everyone is saving their own job. You are in this company on your own, don't expect anything from anyone specially from so called director.

Company products are very expensive and product manager are not ready to learn about market requirement and reduce the price accordingly to the market. If you are a kinda person who loves to butter your senior and be ready to accept that u r wrong always.
