If you are a person who wants to write research papers that are not field-specific and are ready to sacrifice your sleep, food, time and life, this is the right place for you. They will make you work all day and there is no such thing as office hours or flexible work hours. They abruptly lay people off during training. You will not have a life or time for anything else.

1. Good training program with lots of learning opportunities 2. Trainers are very good and provided me with accurate knowledge

1. Too quick to judge an employee 2. The major issue with the company is training materials hardly mattered in real live jobs which shocked me 3. Team managers are not good as they are only busy with live jobs and care too little about freshers 4. Another major issue is employees do not even have a month to adjust to the work environment. They are being immediately fired from the workplace if the work is not good. An employee should be given at least a time of 2 months for adjusting to work but the TM is only interested in perfect jobs. People are polite here. They are also helpful. Work environment is good like socially.

Next to impossible day and monthly targets to fulfill for academic writers. The work load is way beyond 8 hour worth of work. You will have to sacrifice your work-life balance to achieve these targets and even then you can hardly make it. If you keep on failing your targets they will cut down your salary every month until you get nothing. ""If you can write 2600 words reports and all with extensive research of hours along side correcting your previously submitted work in a DAY, it is a job for you."" What they are doing is also unethical. In this role as an academic writer you will have to complete foreign students assignments, meaning you will have to go through what they have studied so far to correctly attempt the assignments like reports, case studies, PPT. If you do not do that your task will fail and that will cost some portion of your salary. Very challenging work environment here. The salary they offer is good and there is a constant reminder that 'you' are paid really well for this work and you need to perform well.

• There is no work-life balance. • They select you after 3 step interview process including training and once you are on board managers will make you feel you know nothing. • They say it's hybrid but you will be kept in WFH format, you need to submit the work on time.
