Round 1 - Case Study 

You have to study some topic/company and write a case study on that with academic references like Harvard style referencing or Chicago, etc.
For example: Case study on the marketing mix of Coca Cola (if you are going in Management).
I know of management only. There are also other subjects company hire Writers for, so what test are there I do not know.

Round 2 - A week long qualifying training.
