Some team mates doing manager's personnal work (Non smoking managers) and getting promotions. Training: No training for site visit. management rejected for site engineering. Micro managment, no work life balance, no job security, manager, assistant manager, SME thinks they are like God, only conspiracy and gossiping work they have, no support in work, Always poke, no guidelines for work, no overtime but will force to work overtime. No humor of talking, mentally harrasment and ego satisfaction is the prime duty of the seniors.
