Hybrid mode which is one day in office 4 days from home, leave policy. These are Two factors which are good only.

Micro managment, no work life balance, no job security, manager, assistant manager, SME thinks they are like God, only conspiracy and gossiping work they have, no support in work, Always poke, no guidelines for work, no overtime but will force to work overtime. No humor of talking, mentally harrasment and ego satisfaction is the prime duty of the seniors.
