They literally track the time period once their team members are not available at their desk. Office timing: 9:30 am - 6 pm. But, here workingtill 8 pm means you have worked, but if you leave from office within 6 - 6:30 pm, it means you haven't done anything, doesn't matter what your entry time is (9:30 or, 9 or, 9:45 or, 10 or, 8:45 pm). Only you need to show off. 2. Company culture is also poor. Seniors make rules and don't follow any of it. I felt very disturbed while working in a specific project.
