1. Work-life balance is very bad in Kolkata office. There are some senior Project leads (not all) who care about the hours juniors are working rather than the quality output they are giving. They literally track the time period once their team members are not available at their desk. Office timing: 9:30 am - 6 pm. But, here workingtill 8 pm means you have worked, but if you leave from office within 6 - 6:30 pm, it means you haven't done anything, doesn't matter what your entry time is (9:30 or, 9 or, 9:45 or, 10 or, 8:45 pm). Only you need to show off. 2. Company culture is also poor. Seniors make rules and don't follow any of it. I felt very disturbed while working in a specific project.
