Promotions basis on favouritism Doesn’t care about your heath conditions One of the female team lead in R2R process as she is very pathetic as she doesn’t want male employee to take a leave (off) as she thinks male doesn’t have their personal life. She doesn’t appreciate male employees and sometimes she used to black mail male employees by that she will do HR issue if they want to take a leave or want to share their point of views.
