1. Poor management. Top leaders do not have domain background, mediocre apparatachiks who landed the role due to connections than merit. Organisation (Grc-Frr) is faction ridden hornet's nest with very little unity of purpose. Managers lack vision, incapable of governance and are mostly baking their own bread. Most of them are unemployable in the wider industry. 2. HR policies are downright employee unfriendly. Compensation is poor/nowhere compared to market. Maximum leave carry over balance at end of a year is only 30 days(progressively reduced every year) Worst is leaves (including sick leaves) are on accrual basis which means that if you fall sick in the month of January (beginning of leave calendar year) for more than 1 day, then you will face loss of pay as only 1 sick leave accrues per month. 3. Colleagues are unprofessional and there is a very real undercurrent of racism. India based workforce are not treated in a humane fashion. 4. Zero investment in training and development of resources. They run it like a job shop with relations with employees kept as transactional as possible. 5. No realistic career progression path.
