Bad management. Seniors will only think of their promotions and pat on buttering employees. Team leads are worse. They think they are boss of company and speak nonsense. One such incident happened with me if you give some good ideas, will ignore your idea, and use same ideas for their own promotion. Selfish people. That's the reason people are leaving.
