No Job security, hire and fire policy, HR management worst, Manager (FRR) has much micromanagement and even not aware about how to deal with ms office. Unnecessary Meetings, No new technologies, you do some POC on latest technologies but then management declines so no matter to learn latest technologies. For those who can bear the torture and can do buttering its best company.

Dislikes

No leaves even on maternity, accidental case by manager. No WFH even in emergency, No food, no transport, old legacy technology, no onsite, discrimination ( Hr management is also involved)NO job security,

Work Details

No new technology is there so after few year your career will definitely destroy if you come out the company. People are working there since last 10-15 year as there is only comfort zone ( only for marathis) Manager (Never join FRR) much micro management

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
