Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

I worked in dpt of post ( post office) as outsider till 2years but couldn't get a look in because the selection criteria is on the basis of % of matriculation and now the merit holders apply for gds who have got above 90% .😅 2Pacl was commercial associate of wital see marketing ltd in which I worked it used to provide attractive incentive but unfortunately company was dubbed as chitfund and finally shut down 😂...Read More

company recruited number of employees without any future planning and closed many of its outlets in very short span. it has ruined careers of a lot of employees including me. they asked to sell average products at higher rates which are already sold by established brands in the market. the just used to fool people by their PACL agents.
