There is no job security, they work on hire and fire culture. Also no care of employees at all, beware of managerial people, they will talk very sweet and do they best to bring you on board.

Wissen is a growth-oriented company. Very good platform for the technical team. Company values and policies are employee friendly. Tax-saving benefits like Flexi are very useful. Client location also gives the benefit to Wissen employees.

Wissen is great place to work. Company treats each and every employee equally and everyone gets equal opportunities to grow. Good work is always rewarded here and yearly appraisals are awesome. Top management is very polite and always reachable.
