Worked on internal tools of the client where there is no scope of learning. Hikes and salary is very low. When you join they say minimum hike of 30 percentage. Gives you 5-10 percent hike in which half of the component is retention bonus No work life balance. Wissen Technology has many big clients and there's lot of opportunity to work and learn various tech stacks. Work life balance is there but that depends on clients as well.

Management and appraisals are not good, also they don't have a proper hiring platform and the whole interview process and tedious and long

They have a very good work culture where everybody has to code, and someone will be ready to help you when you need it. Compensation and benifits are very good. They pay variable pay and bonuses up front, very rarely I have seen it in any of the company.

The managers at Wissen are very supportive and friendly. Its's easy to meet with higher management and gain valuable knowledge. Working at Wissen has been highly beneficial for my career.

Overall unprofessional organization. No one should join them . Basic process and Policies are not in place .HR Leadership especially Shweta Kaul and Manju both are third grade HR people . Never Trust them. In interview they talk different and while working they are unprofessional people . If you get an offer from them think twice before joining
