Wishup is an excellent company where all employees get a chance to show their skills and put in their best foot forward. There is no pressure from our seniors and as a matter of fact from the founders. They personally make sure to appreciate our work and when at fault they give us a chance to rectify it too. Never in any company I have worked so far where the employees can interact with the founders. On our special days like our birthdays, we get best wishes from the company through a cake sent to our residences since we are working remotely. These small gestures mean a lot....Read More

Throughout my entire work life, I was n't able to manage my job and other things altogether. But, now since it is a perfect work life and personal life balance I loved it here. I am entrepruner and has recently completed a course as well. This all was done because I work at such understanding organization that it made smooth all the way till here.

Dislikes

The only thing to dislike is that I was hired in May, 2023. Once I joined it was like where have you been to the organization from me. I know it's quite funny, but there's nothing to dislike here.

They have an amazing team of individuals who guide you and are extremely fair at assessing a situation. They do their best to project their employees. They are open and honest with feedback and all open to listening to their employees.

Dislikes

You get what you sign up for! it sounds like an amazing opportunity to work at night but it does take a toll on you and your family. The team at Wishup mention this very clearly before you join and they do not force you to join unless you are comfortable with this life style.

Great work culture! You are your own manager in the sense there is very little micro-managing. Permanent WFH! As long as your client is happy with your work and you are consistent with your deliverables, you should be good. They have a very nice R&R. TGIF sessions are done. Helps you unwind at the end of a busy week. All local/public holidays are given by default!

Dislikes

Nothing major so far. At times you may feel "siloed" but that's by design. There will be days where you might be overburdened with work. But there will low days too, so it balances out quite nicely

An extremely supportive team including managers, HR, and ops. They want you to succeed and grow and assist you in every way possible. The 100% remote work culture is a bonus. Company culture is amazing and allows you to contact anyone regardless of their level or status. The training and upskilling sessions, while intensive, actually grow our knowledge base bringing more skills to our resume.

If you cant work US hours, then this is not for you.
