I've had an incredible experience thus far- truly enriching and full of learning opportunities. Similar to any job, there are inevitable highs and lows, but what stands out for me is that the positives have consistently outweighed the challenges. In my tenure of over four years, I've consistently received appreciation and praise for my contributions and performances. I have been rewarded and promoted too. In this organization, the presence of a dedicated team for training new joiners, coupled with the availability of a task manager for support, creates a supportive environment where help is readily available. Their initiative to conduct upskilling sessions from time to time is commendable. It proves to be a valuable resource benefiting all of us working here, and it fosters a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing. Regularly organized fun events play a crucial role, particularly in our remote work setup, nurturing connection and providing opportunities for team members to know each other outside of work. The remote work arrangement has allowed me to dedicate more time to family commitments, thanks to the saved time and energy from commuting to the office. The excellent flexibility I've experienced working here has granted me the freedom to focus on my job stress-free. These factors collectively contribute to a wonderful and satisfying work culture. 1. Attention to providing further clarity on the company's growth structure would be greatly appreciated. 2. The organizational hierarchy currently lacks clarity, with our understanding limited to knowledge of superiors and immediate VA managers. 3. Although commendable appraisals are there, there's room for improvement in establishing a more well-defined structure. It's an amazing place to work with really great people. They are there always to help. Amazing work culture. Though it is WFH but there is something or the other going on. You will never feel like you at home. Great training sessions to help you tackle the clients.
