Working at Wishup has been a game changer for me. The company’s commitment to work-life balance is refreshing. Though remote, the team fosters a supportive and well-bound environment. The emphasis on personal growth is inspiring - they actively invest and encourage development on all fronts.

Dislikes

There’s no problem too big for the team to solve so there’s nothing on the ‘dislike’ front so far. I’m rooting for it to stay that way in the years to come.

They have an amazing team of individuals who guide you and are extremely fair at assessing a situation. They do their best to project their employees. They are open and honest with feedback and all open to listening to their employees.

Dislikes

You get what you sign up for! it sounds like an amazing opportunity to work at night but it does take a toll on you and your family. The team at Wishup mention this very clearly before you join and they do not force you to join unless you are comfortable with this life style.

Wishup is an excellent company where all employees get a chance to show their skills and put in their best foot forward. There is no pressure from our seniors and as a matter of fact from the founders. They personally make sure to appreciate our work and when at fault they give us a chance to rectify it too. Never in any company I have worked so far where the employees can interact with the founders. On our special days like our birthdays, we get best wishes from the company through a cake sent to our residences since we are working remotely. These small gestures mean a lot....Read More
