I love working at Wishup because I am constantly learning. There are no distractions with interpersonal drama, the culture is very work-oriented and the team is always ready to help you.

Dislikes

Because of the remote setup (which I also love), the only con is to not be able to meet the wonderful people I get to work with.

The work culture at Wishup is very professional. The team comprises hard-working and driven individuals who leave no stone unturned to fulfill their client's expectations. The managers ate extremely helpful. The best part about Wishup is the comprehensive training they provide where they teach you a number of tools across various domains.

Dislikes

Apart from the night shift, which is unavoidable due to catering to the US market, there are no cons as such.

Wishup has a great working environment where you get to learn and develop skills. The managers are very supporting which means you get to learn a lot from them and grow alongside. The timings are very flexible making it the best choice for anyone.

The contract, policies, personal comments, the 6 month clause is absurd, night shifts.
