Good company with good work culture and better job security. Provide lot of resources to learn new skills.

Dislikes

Hike are very low and too much of internal politics which the higher organization doesn't know. Performance ratings are biased.

Dislikes

Not much opportunities for the employee to showcase his skills. Too much employee count might be the reason for that, but well MNC's are what it is. Overall a good work experience.
