you can be on bench for 45days. after that you have to resign.

Dislikes

Work force management and HR team were not work proactively to get new project for resources.HR work is only fire resources, when resource talk about appraisal and premotion they behave like a deaf.

Taking students from college under WILP program and relieving seniors or pressurized them to leave because they have to offer scholars less salary on comparison with senior employees and they are doing this from too long time period most of the employees above band b2 faced same problem like they are released from their respective projects with excuses like tenure rotation policy or cost cutting budget issue and by releasing that senior employee they take 2 or 3 wilp scholars so there was no job security once you completed wilp program from Wipro ....Read More
