Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

It's a great place to work for freshers , and compared to other MNCs , wipro puts less pressure on employees , there will be a pressure for formality bt not very intense , Has great experience in learning different kinds of process

Firstly there are very rare internal recruitment for technical jobs , there will be no career growth for non technical process , even if we get positions the salary hike will be very much low , and there are no increments , even a 5 year experienced trainer gets 18k as net salary due to no increments , there will be positions available but no visible hikes in salary , an associate gets 11k as salary and after getting promoted for QA he will be getting 14k as salary, and after becoming trainer he gets 18k as salary , but if anyone thinking of salaries , bonus , holidays then this is not the right place , but it's a good place to work and pressure was less </mark>. They will not respond quickly for any issue and salary cuttings will be high and even will not receive any payslip for FNF. Full and final settlement amount will not be credited correctly.They will not be any hikes in Wipro.

Work culture is fine, friendly environment, have to meet targets and then you are good to go but still you wouldn’t be getting any bonus, ton of opportunities in the company to switch field’s, good job security though. One way can before corona later post pandemic 2 way cab. Has health insurance covered up.

No hike even after an year, no increment, no bonuses given, just the basic salary you get, growth is very slow like a sloth, you will be earning around 50k say if you’re working here for at least 10 years.
