In b.tech I got job in wipro in campus placements,after few months later I got offered later and I joined in wipro.I entered into the new role in my life and I learned lot of things in 9 months of experience.In training period I learned what work I have to do and how to do the work as team.My teammates are awesome people they are lot of help me and we are always work as a team. Absolutely there is career growth for everyone based on there performance.About transport 100% care and security.About work environment is I feel I am working in my home because there is breaks and if we have any work stress you can go and relax by while playing indoor and outdoor games in the office. I learned lot things in this job how is the job life and what problems we have to face in the job and how we have to overcome from that problem. But one thing I have to tell the wipro management I worked in E-commerce in physical goods about my TEAM LEAD is spandana. She is literally touchre in some person she doesn't like me and my seniors and my friend quit the job because of her you can enquire for who quit the job after may 2018. Because of her lot of members are quit the job. I have some health issues I asked permission from my team lead but she done the politics at that time not gave permission and I quit the job. I like everything in wipro but only one thing I dislike my team lead and she literally touchre some members in my team and I gave complaint to the my manager but my manager didn't react at the right time
