Work life balance. Empathy from HR always lacks. Out my total work experience I could never get any reply from HR. Even at resignation no HR came up in front. I have to go and ask about my lwd formalities. The WIPRO which I heard when I was a kid is different from what I have seen.

Just a waste company ever no projects no help no hikes no promotions such a wrst one ever I would like to suggest all the freshers who choose Wipro among all the offers they got. NO don't choose it at all it will be such a wrst ever choice u will ever make in ur whole life.

Job security is better other companies. They don’t work on hire and fire basis.

Dislikes

If wipro is your first company, it is very difficult to get a competitive salary after 3-4 years or after that. Promotion is also very difficult to get. Even for laterals, they don’t get hikes once they hired( or it is too less)

Employees compensation is very bad. Try to deduct every little amount and will not miss this in terms of financials. The way HRs convey is difficult to digest.

If you get good project you will have lot of benefits, Wipro focuses on upskilling their employee on continue bases that is good thing. Wipro has beautiful campuses

I got an project where managers were forcing to come to office 5 days a week whereas Wipro has hybrid policy. Below case can by vary project to project. 1. It was like if customer is working you have to work even if the Wipro has holiday, if customer is not working as per their holiday in that case you must work or support as they are unavailable, I mean complete confusion and exploitation of employees in between customer and Wipro policy 2. Sometimes, the work pressure can be high, and processes can take a lot of time. It would be better if things were faster and more flexible.

Dislikes

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

Monthly medical budget for employees and access to learning portal for up skilling.

Dislikes

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

If you don't know English language still Wipro give us chance to work with them. They support us, encourage us, they provide us all material to improve our personality development. I love you Wipro who give me to chance . Now I am perfect in n English language.
